The general terms and conditions outlined below apply to all sales of goods made by SC M.D. BURNETTE 2011 SRL via the online store mdburnette.com to the Buyer and may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the "Terms and Conditions" page.

DEFINITIONS

Buyer – any individual or legal entity that places an order.

Seller – SC M.D. BURNETTE 2011 SRL, headquartered in Timișoara, Bd. 16 Decembrie 1989, No. 29, Ap.1, Tax ID 46801554.

Item – any product, including documents and services listed in the Order, to be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer.

Order – an electronic document serving as communication between Seller and Buyer, where the Seller agrees to deliver goods and the Buyer agrees to receive and pay for them.

Contract – a confirmed Order by the Seller.

Webshop – the website www.mdburnette.com.

Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyrights, database rights, design rights, trademarks, patents, and domain names.

ORDERS

By placing an electronic Order on mdburnette.com, the Buyer agrees to the communication methods used by the Seller (email, phone).

The Order will include:

The Order itself, with clear details for delivery and billing, plus specific conditions.

The general sales terms and conditions.

Once the Seller confirms the Order, it is considered a complete acceptance of its terms. Confirmation is completed when the Buyer receives an electronic notification (via email) from the Seller. An unconfirmed Order is not considered a Contract.

The Seller will use its professional and technical expertise to fulfill the Order and deliver the Items according to the specifications provided by the Buyer.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

Price, payment method, and payment terms are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice, and the Buyer must provide all necessary details for its issuance according to legal regulations.

By submitting the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive the invoice in electronic format via the email provided in the Order.

Payment methods:

Cash on delivery, when the order is delivered by the courier.
Bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by the Seller.

If paying by bank transfer, the Buyer will receive an invoice by email with details about the account number, bank name, account holder, and payment reference. The Buyer must pay in full for the ordered Items.

Promotional Codes

The Seller may issue promotional codes with a fixed validity period.

These codes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. If provided, they must be used before expiry. They do not apply to discounted products.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We offer free shipping within Romania and European Union.
For orders outside Europe, a flat shipping fee equivalent to 70 EUR applies.

We deliver to all urban areas in Romania via DPD, Urgent Curier, or Fan Courier.

If you are not available at the provided delivery address, the courier will contact you by phone. Accepting the package confirms that the products were received in good condition.

In the event of force majeure (such as fire, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorism, protests, or civil unrest), we reserve the right to delay or cancel delivery.

PRODUCT RETURNS

The Buyer has the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet our return policy:

Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing (with any chemical product), except for factory defects reported immediately upon receiving the package.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag intact.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, as they are made according to the client’s specifications. We can only make necessary alterations to the delivered product, per client’s request. Returns are only accepted for such items if a defect is present upon delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Our company is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

By placing an online order, you agree to our privacy policy.

We will store your personal data (name, email, phone numbers, addresses) provided during purchase for order processing and delivery.
